ÜMRAN EKER | Senior Associate  

  
    Eker, who was born in Kütahya 1979, graduated from Keçiören Industrial Vocational High School the Department of Electronic in 1994 and Yenimahalle Technical High School the Department of Computer Software in 1997. After graduating from Ankara University, School of Justice in 1999, she also graduated from Anadolu University Faculty of Law in 2003. She also worked as an intern at Ziraat Bank Data Processing Center. She completed her internship in our office and work as a member of Ankara Bar Association. She worked as a lawyer in Afşar Law Firm (2004-2005), Utku Law Firm (2005-2006) and Egem Law Firm (2006-2008), since 2008 she is working with us. As well as her profession, she also has successfully completed the Ankara Bar Association competition law, the Criminal Procedure Law Certificate Programs and in Banking and Commercial Law Research Institute Commercial Law Certificate programs. Eker is fluent in English.

Arda Özen, who was born in 1984, graduated from Ankara Atatürk High school in 2002 and graduated from Başkent University Faculty of Law. He completed his internship in 2008 and begin to work in our Office as a lawyer. He got his master degree from Ankara University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Commercial Law (thesis topic "Protection of Creditors in Mergers"), in 2010. He has also Certificate of the Institute of Patent, Trademark and Patent Attorney and he is fluent in English.

      ECEM (ÇELTİKCİ) ÇAPAR | Associate    
   

Çapar, who was born 1989 in Ankara, graudated from Ankara Tevfik Fikret high school in 2006 and then graduated from Bilkent University Law Faculty in 2011. She completed one year compulsory internship at Kuntalp-Arkan-Pekgüçlü Law Office and joined our team in 2012. She had also the opportunity to do internships in Competition Authority and Capital Markets of Boards. Çapar continues her master degree in Ankara University Social Sciences Institute in the field of Civil Law. Çapar is fluent in english and french.

ZEYNEP TOP | Assistant 

  
   

Top, was born in Ankara in 1973, after graduating from Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt High School in 1989, she completed the Course of Computer Operation. In 2013, she graduated from Anadolu University Office Management and Secretarial Academy. After serving at several law offices since 1992 she is working as director assistant at Özen&Çeltikci Law Office. Zeynep Top study painting courses and workshop at the studio of the painter Sabri Akça.
